Wake-up service, available in my classic double room, was a nice bonus. Overall the service was good. The location was lovely and unbeatable, in the “ garden “, and my bed was comfy. Besides, it was so close to the restaurant and bar and the fantastic golf courses in the area and the lovely gardens in the lovely sunshine.

Perfect Afternoon Tea Experience
I recently had a delightful visit to a charming hotel in Surrey. Upon arrival, my friends and I were thrilled to indulge in a delightful afternoon tea. We took advantage of their special 2 for 1 offer and were truly impressed. With both sweet and savory options available, we decided to split our order and enjoy the best of both worlds. The sandwiches, fruit scones, and a variety of delectable cakes surpassed our expectations in both taste and presentation. The friendly and attentive staff made our experience all the more enjoyable. The ambiance and overall atmosphere were simply delightful. I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in Surrey for another delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect afternoon tea experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with lovely gardens, providing a peaceful and picturesque environment for guests. The Bensons restaurant and the brasserie are pleasant places to dine, offering tasty food. The wallpaper has been recently refurbished, adding a touch of elegance to the decor. The rooms are well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and good quality linen and towels. The staff provide professional and friendly service throughout the stay.
The noise from nearby traffic can be a bit bothersome, especially if the windows are open.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming 19th century hotel, nestled amidst picturesque gardens. The rooms were spacious, beautifully renovated, and provided ample parking. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of dishes, served with attention to detail. Additionally, the hotel boasted facilities such as USB sockets and spotlights, showcasing their commitment to modern comfort.
It was disheartening that the bathroom in my room lacked the luxurious touches I had expected.

We recently had a city break and stayed at an hotel with stunning grounds and amazing service. The breakfast on the terrace was absolutely delicious and we were really impressed with the complementary suit bags service. The hotel's location, being close to major attractions, was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the walk in showers in the room which were a great luxury.
The only negative we experienced was the limited Sunday menu at the restaurant which was not mentioned when we booked. Though one of our dishes was not available, the cottage pie served was tasty.
